Abstract
This paper presents the findings of a survey designed to measure environmental attitudes of students undertaking higher education. Participants included students from Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. The investigation attempts to assess personal preferences and inclination of subjects such as transportation, food, product consumption habits and response to environmental benevolent measures. Significant differences were found in groups with different country origins and sex. Patterns and tendencies of general environmental inclinations as a whole are highlighted.
