Abstract
EVAD is a software tool operating on PCs which uses the Paradox Data Base System sold by Borland. The programmation language used is ObjectPal. EVAD computes data, using simple statistical methods, to evaluate hazardous waste quantities generated by small businesses. The quantitive evaluation of this waste flow plays a major role in determining the essential parameters required for the implementation of a separate collection system for this waste, to meet the regulation requirements. 1.
