Abstract
The Reversed Flow - Gas Chromatographic method (RF - GC), is an experimental arrangement simulating a simple model for the action of air pollutants on solids, in the laboratory scale. By abandoning the main role of the carrier gas in gas chromatography and replacing it by gaseous diffusion currents, one can measure simultaneously various rate and distribution constants, constituting the coefficients of the rate processes and the equilibrium states of the overall mechanism. The method is extended to measure directly from experimental data adsorption energies, local monolayer ca
