At high bromide concentrations, B% radical anions will be formed in diffusion- controlled reactions. Because of the high aqueous phase abundance of Br in marine areas it is necessary to investigate the reactivity of the dibromide radical anion for a better understanding of its impact upon tropospheric chemical processes.
