Abstract
Migrating corrosion inhibitors have long been used for the protection of reinforced concrete. The aim of the present work is to investigate, in the presence of chloride ions, the protective effect of migrating corrosion inhibitors, against rebar corrosion, in cases of fiber reinforced repair mortars, used for the rehabilitation of old structures. The Strain Gauge measurement technique was used for fast corrosion measurement tests, under anodic potential application in a corrosive environment of 3.5% wt NaCl solution. The corrosion protection effectiveness was also te
