Abstract
This paper focuses on a method for determining the optimal location patterns of logistics terminals constructed by public sector. Since the aim of constructing them is to help establish efficient logistics systems and reduce the total social and environmental costs of transporting goods within urban areas, a variety of objective functions must be considered in the problem formulation. Three objective functions were defined in this study: transport costs, costs of travel time and the COj emissions. The values of these objective functions depend on the traf
