Abstract
Acoustic correction in churches that arc part of our historical and architectural heritage is a subject of great importance and interest today in the field of applied acoustics. This paper deals with a type of church that is often seen in southern Spain: Gothic-Mudejar churches from the thirteenth to fifteenth century period. To be precise, this study of the sound field of these churches is meant to obtain an analytical model that will allow us to quite accurately predict the sound presure levels for different octave bands. Also, this is compared with other analytical models, mainly Barron's model.
