Abstract
In this article, a method is presented for the prediction of noise maps in the interior of enclosed spaces. The method is based on the well-known simulation technique denominated Ray-Tracing and is capable of simulating acoustic effects such as diffraction, specular reflection and diffuse reflection. With the aim of verifying the validity of the method, a practical application has been carried out on a real industrial plant. First the machines in the plant have been taken into account as noise sources and then, the sound pressure levels have been obt
