Abstract
: Supply charges in the food sector are creating rapid changes in the consumers' behaviour due to the consolidation of new conditions both in the supply and in its support services. The need is felt to formulate behaviour models capable of describing this evolution. The paper present a methodology, based on multiple corrispondence analysis, that stresses the parameters rapresenting the phenomenon. The results obtained from a comparison between different geographical contexts where the ongoing transformation process is at very different stages (Italy - Great Britain), has pointed out that "Frequency of generator use" is an efYicent parameter in structuring the sample only in certain conditions. 1.
