Abstract
Rapid changes in information technology require from us to reconsider from time to time the relevance of faculty curriculum. This paper describes the reasoning related to the teaching of the subject Database Modelling and Design. First, the aims and objectives of the teaching process are considered and then the syllabus is presented.
