Abstract
The STREAM instrument was designed by Resource Analysis on the basis of the RHINEFLOW model build by Resource Analysis in cooperation with the University of Utrecht, The concept of this model has been extended in order to assess various exogenous impact factors on the fresh water hydrology within river basins The result is a generic River Basin Management instrument that can be adjusted easily to meet requirements in non-standard cases.
