Abstract

"Software Configuration Management Process", a document that was written as part of ISO 9001 standardization project, is assessed for business value. Stated definition of SCM, its scope, goals, and procedures are compared to products and services that my employer offers to the customers. The purpose is to assure that SCM delivers required services without too much overhead. 1 Introduction SCM (Software Configuration Management) plays an important role in the software development.
