Abstract

De ~ e o ' , D. ~ i c h e l i ~ & P. uss so' I Dipartimento di Elettronica ed Automatica Universith Politecnica delle Marche, Italy 2~elecom Italia Mobile, Italy Abstract This research has the purpose of creating a tool for the planning of new radio base stations (RBS), considering both the health protection and the communication requirements. The optimization procedure is based on the genetic algorithm, and is applied to an ideal town, with selected characteristics.
