Abstract
The Sorption Isotherm and the Moisture Diffusivity of the porous media decide the moisture migration in them under the variable atmospheric condition. This report is to present an approach to characterize these properties in a short time with a sufficiently high precision. The program developed here permits to obtain these two properties at the same time from a series of data obtained through the continuous measurement of the weight change of a specimen suspended in a High Precision Relative Humidity Generator. These properties permit us to draw the evolution of moisture content in the specimen during the measurement period. 1 Introduction According to the time in usage, the building
