Abstract
The aggregation of particles in a magnetic fluid flow in an applying magnetic field is clarified theoretically using the kinetic theory of solid and liquid two phase flow. The effect of magnetic field strength, mass concentration, temperature, pipe radius and flow velocity on the aggregation is clarified. 1.Introduction Magnetic fluid is a colloidal suspension which has many fine particles in a solvent. In no applying a magnetic field, the magnetic particles are distributed uniformly. And by applying a magnetic field, they are strongly aggregated at a region of the applying magnetic field. The behavior of the aggregation has been observed and t
