Abstract
Radiative heat transfer in an enclosure filled with an absorbing and emitting nonisothermal gas surrounded by a nonisothermal surface has been consid- ered. The temperature field in the enclosure at known boundary conditions has been calculated. The radiant energy transfer has been analyzed, using irradiation ratios determined by the Monte Carlo method. The following models of the gas emission have been elaborated :the gross gas and net gas emission . The influence of the application of these gas emission mod- els on the resultant temperature field and heat and enthalpy fluxes at the boundaries of an enclosure was the main aim of the investigations. Nomenclature A - band absorption e - density of a flux of radiative energy emission E - flux of radiative
