Abstract

Air pollution modelling with turbulence data estimated from conventional meteorological parameters in an urban tropical region J. Lopez* & A. However, the Mexican meteorological stations are not equipped to provide the data required to calculate the turbulent parameters. This is the reason why it is necessary to determine meteorological parameterisations that allow the estimation of all the micrometeorological parameters required by the dispersion models. In this work, the effect of using turbulence data estimated from conventional meteorological parameters to simulate pollutant atmospheric dispersion with the AERMOD model in an urban tropica
