Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to offer a method to overcome the practical difficulties in identifying and implementing solutions for problems of local development. In order to substantiate the method, four theoretical concepts were studied: organizational management, local space, institutional arrangements and sustainable dimensions. 1.
