Abstract
In towns, noise has become one of the environmental variables which presents one of the highest degrees of sensibility to the conflict originated on the one side, by an acceptable degree of internal mobility, and on the other, by the environment. Both variables seem to have been drawn into an argument not easy to work out, unless radical measures are employed which, in most cases, are interpreted by citizens as a lose in confort and so difficult to be applied.
