Abstract
In this work a stochastic linear, time-varying, discrete time model of CO dispersion is proposed, useful for an air pollution study based on meteorological previsions. This study is applied to urban areas with complex orography where air pollution is mainly due to vehicular traffic. The Dosage Area Product (DAP) is assumed as an overall index of ground pollution events in the area of interest In this model the parameters depend on solar irradiation, speed and wind direction, emission of pollutants and their concentrations in every interval of time.
