Abstract
Imission and dry deposition of the trace gases Oj and SO^ leewards of a conurbation over longer time G. Spindler, E. Briiggemann, W. Rolle, D. Theiss Institute for Tropospheric Research, Permoserstr. 15, D-043 03 Leipzig, Germany ABSTRACT In this paper we present first results of the part "dry deposition" from the five-year national research project entitled SANA (scientific observations programm for the rehabilitation of the atmosphere above the new countries of Germany). Five years after the political unification of Germany, a change in the air quality due to the fact that the emissions in this region noticeably changes can be registrated. The registration of dry deposition of the trace gases SC>2 and Ozone is possible over longer time with the gradient technique . Typical monthly impacts for SC>2 and Ozone are in the range of 2-5 and 2-3 kg/(ha*month) in winter time respectively of 0.2-0.6 and 3-10 kg/(ha*month) in summertime. The most complicated problem in interpretation of re
