Abstract
The results of a flue-gas measurement programme on diesel oil domestic heating boilers, conducted in a Greek urban area are analysed. Aim of the programme was the quantification of the correlations among the basic parameters affecting the operation of their burners. At first, these basic parameters are described, together with relevant Greek standards. Next, the used sample and its selection methodology are outlined, followed by a presentation of the measurements themselves. Finally, the applied analytical approach is discussed. An essential part of the results presented refers to information, to what extent the compliance of one or more parameters with given standards
