An experimental study has been performed in order to optimise the vacuum bagging process conditions. The design of the boat has been performed taking in account the peculiarity of the constraints imposed from process and material. In order to join structural parts of the hull and deck of the boat, a resistance welding technique and fastening joining have been applied and investigated. 1 Introduct
