Abstract
In this paper the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used in order to evaluate priorities for the planned transportation infrastructure projects in the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region. This evaluation is in accordance with the region's develop- ment objectives as determined by the Regional Operation Plan and the 3rd Community Supptert Framework. Two different hierarchies, one for the benefits and one for the costs, are formed and the rank of a project is determined by its benefit-cost ratio.
