Abstract
Evaluation of exhaust emission gas on vehicular road traffic, including CO] which is in proportion to fuel consumption, has been depending mostly on the concept of taking summation of the amount of exhaust emission per kilometer multiplied by vehicle-kilometers. This concept could be reliable only in the condition of constant amount of emission per kilometer, or variability of this amount is negligible. This assumption has been thought as not so bad, therefore, to reduce the amount of emission gas, road traffic management/control strategies have been always trying to reduce the vehicle-kilometers, such as Traffic Demand Management, Road Pricing, and so on. However, there are many other kinds of traffic control strategies, like signal control, ramp met
