Abstract

The objective pictorial representation and description of the actually found state of buildings forms the basis for all subsequent investigations and works for maintaining and restoring historical buildings. Simultaneously, there is urgent demand for information systems which can supply global information on the object and especially on the effects of the processing steps to all participating institutions.
