Abstract
Three-dimensional boundary element formulation is considered for scattering problem in the finite domain appeared in the quantum theory problem. Simple numerical calculation of electron scattering by hydrogen atom and neutron scattering by proton are presented for steady state problem. 1 Introduction Molecular dynamics is introduced to new material engineering using eigen value problem of quantum theory. Before radioactive waste disposal to bury in deep geological underground, transmutation processing is considered with scattering gamma ray, electron beam and nucleon particle by changing long half time particle to short one in glass canister.
