Abstract
The paper is concerned with the numerical solution of high Reynolds and Rayleigh number values laminar fluid flows based on the Bound- ary Domain Integral Method. Different fundamental solutions are employed. Finite difference aproximation of the time derivative is taken into account. Forced, mixed and natural convection cavity flows are studied. 1 Introduction Convection dominated fluid flows suffer from numerical instabilities. In do- main type numerical techniques upwinding schemes of different order are used to supress such instabilities. In Boundary Domain Integral Method (BDIM) the problem is overcome by the use of Green's function of the appropriate linear differential operator. Particular attention is given to for- mulating of integral representations for all conservative field functions based on e
