Abstract
The problem of the experimental determination of the composite material (CM) mechanical characteristics and particularly of the inidirectional reinforced materials (RCM) often is miting with big technical difficulties. Besides, as a rule, the CM behaves itself differently during the independent testings and as a part of the structure. Thats why the optimal approach is that, when the information about the mechanical characteristics is extracted from the experimental data about the structure's testing, produced of this CM (look for example Kernevez, Knopf-Lenoir , Touzot, Verchery [1], Alfutov, Zinoviev, Tairova [2], Suvorova, Dobrinin, Statnicov, Bart [3], Teregulov [4-6]).
