Abstract
The paper describes the results of dynamic experiments with three re- inforced concrete slabs. The goal of these experiments is the expressing the state of damage by means of dynamic response o excitation by a harmonic force or an impact. The damage of the slabs by a static load manifests itself with sufficient clarity by a change of natural vibration frequency. 1 Introduction Attempts at expressing the state of damage of a structure by means of its dynamic response to excitation by a harmonic force or other dynamic excitation can be found in writings as early as the seventies [1]. This prob- lem belongs to the field of modal analysis or identification which have been elaborated theoretically for various discrete and continuous syste
