The proposed scheme is based on dividing the overall domain of a complex problem into several subdomains. In the first step each of the subdomains in the BIEM matrices is computed independently These matrices together with an arbitrary initial guess for the displacements on the interface of two neighboring subdomains, enable an iterative and a very efficient solution of the whole problem. Several convergence criteria for the iterative solution were tested on problems of elastostatics. Numerical results comparing the present scheme with single domain solut
