Abstract
The aim of this study is to propose the real-time decision support system of storage reservoir introducing the advanced artificial intelligent methodologies of the neural network and the fuzzy theory. 1 Introduction Typhoon have historically caused heavy rainfall and serious disasters in Japan and Southeast Asian countries. Though more meteorological data on typhoon has been collected through modern technologies of air observation, satellite, weather radar and other monitoring systems, the disaster damage was not reduced.
