Abstract
We describe in this paper a computer program that combines Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques with Multimedia technology for the education of mathematical modelling and simulation of food production using bacteria growth. The computer program can be considered an Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) for the domain of Mathematical modelling and Simulation (MMS) of Food production (FP).
