Abstract

The paper addresses the subject of visualisation in a pragmatic way. It consolidates and hypothesises on the role of a '3D-CAAD Model' as a tool to serve more than a domain simultaneously. The notion of a shared model serving aspect models, e.g. the architecture and urban planning domains, is a scenario that encompasses the preparation and manipulation of qualitative and quantitative parts of design evaluation.
