Pavard" " Division AOC, CENA, Athis-Mons, France ^ GJ.C,, lETVET-CTVAM, fon'a, France ^ ARAMIIHS-CNRS, Toulouse, France INTRODUCTION The CENA is in charge of studies related to Air Traffic Management and therefore to some of the Communication, Navigation, Surveillance means. The work is carried out to support French and European ATC in an international cooperation. It encompasses studies and experimental development aiming at operational implementation within the CAUTRA 5 programme. The different CENA projects are integrated in an experimental simulator frame named ADER. This test-bed will support one of the demonstrations within PHARE, a joint European experimental programme. The CENA organization is based upon a technical directorate in charge of the horizontal projects as previously described and 10 divisions located either at ATHIS-MONS
