Abstract
For the deep-drawing process, usually quite complicated parts (for instance - autobody parts) needed very expensive tools. Therefore, the predetermination of friction forces in deep drawing process is essential aspect of forming materials. Under this aspect, investigation are carried out. One results of them is the elaboration a new graphics model of friction and modernization of instruments for forming of cylindrical drawpieces. The model of friction presents the physical phenomenon for contact conditions, as: variable states of contact and friction, difference quality of friction surface, velocity of friction.
