Sepe Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche - Dipartirnento di Progettazione Urbana - Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico I I- Naples, Italy Abstract One of the extensions of the connections between culture and development is represented by the Cultural District, i.e., the set of the relationships that interact on limited areas, where the efforts to increase the value of the cultural heritage, of the production and of the infrastructures integrate each other, creating a process of inclusion of the social value in the economic development.
