Abstract
The objective of this paper is to present a protocol for data interchange between a laboratory (performing chemical analyses on field samples collected for environmental information) and a consultant (often the end-user of data). The electronic data protocol is currently applicable for data collected at Travis Air Force Base (AFB), Fairfield, California but can also be used for generic transfer of data between any laboratory and end-user, 1 Introduction This paper presents an electronic data protocol implemented for data interchange between an analytical laboratory and an end-user consultant.
