Abstract Sustainability is a valid term to define a new model of development. It starts in the seventies. Our aim is mainly planned to focus on legal matters concerning different aspects involving environmental protection. In order to effectively protect public health and the environment, governments must first implement legal requirements (including administrative, civil, and penal provisions) at national and international levels.
