Abstract
Several methods have been developed for the analysis and design of highway culverts, including those by the US Federal Highway Administration, the US Corps of Engineers, state and local agencies and private companies. This study has collected, described, evaluated and presents the most popular methods and software used today in the USA. Description and evaluation include: technical capability, ease in use, cost and other factors.
