Frequently asked questions

To purchase books from the WIT Press website, users must have a registered account and be logged in. The steps below outline the process for making a purchase.

1. Login to your WIT Press Account by clicking "Sign in" (or "Register" if this is your first visit) in the top right corner.




2. Browse through the Books section of the website and find a title you would like to buy.




3. Add the book to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Buy book" button. 




4. You will then be given the option to visit your basket or to continue shopping.




5. To checkout from your shopping basket click the "Proceed to Payment" button and you will be redirected to our payment provider World Pay. Please follow their on screen instructions to complete the payment process.




6. Once the payment is complete you will be returned to the WIT Press website where you will be confirmation of your order.  A receipt will be sent to your registered email address and will also be available from the purchase history in the "My Account" section of the website.
