Abstract

Thermal modes simulation of heat exchangers networks having turbo-machines M.Fedorov Department of Computer Science & Information Systems Technical University of Szczecin, Poland Abstract In recent years rather many papers have appeared on the subject of steady-state analysis of flow and pressure in the piping systems. However, there exists a class of systems where thermal analysis is a problem of great importance. Air- conditioning and ventilation ship systems being networks of heat exchangers and turbo-machines (air cycle machines, in particular) are the examples of the such belonging to the class. In the paper mathematical model and method are presented for thermal analysis of the systems where recuperative heat exchangers of arbitrary configuration (flow arrangement, a number of flow passes) and multistage air cycle machines are available. The object-oriented data architecture of the model is elaborated. Introduction Generally, complex thermal systems are heat exchanger
