Abstract

The paper expose the problem of maintenance in the historical italian towns and particularly the Napoli's situation. The historical centre of Napoli (like that of Roma, Venezia and Firenze) was declared mondial heritage by UNESCO because his exceptional stratification of architectural age: in the same area we have ancient greek constructions under roman constructions under a gothic architecture under a Renaissance or Baroque building. The solution for the ancient buildings restoration is not simple because is public only a minimum part of the real property while the buildings architectonical value and repairing in seismic area requirent type of intervents much expensive.
