Abstract
London Underground Limited is undertaking a project to ensure the Year 2000 compliance of the computer systems that the Company uses. A system engineering approach is used in order to prioritise and programme the schedule for achieving compliance. This paper describes the business-driven approach taken and the benefits that this offers in compliance scheduling along with the future benefits that can be realised from using the information captured. The paper describes what information is captured about the Company and why.
