Abstract

This paper presents the process flow used by CMW, showing the set of activities and procedures which were developed in a way to conform and fit within the ISO9001 document system. Among the different procedures used in each step of the development process, some are briefly described, like: Project Development Methodology; Hardware Development Methodology; Software Development Methodology; Engineering Technical Specification Preparation Procedure; Design Review Procedure; Safety Analysis Methodology and Reliability Analysis Methodology. It shows also main stages or check points and methods that provides confidence to carryout system commissioning. These check points, or stages, are achieved through System Design Verification; Equipment Design Verification and other verification point
