Abstract
The theory of substantiating design solutions is based on the methodological fundamentals of the theory of designing complex technical systems and the orderly multitude of marine equipment design presentations. It is shown that such a multitude should include evolutionary, functional, structural and system presentation of designed marine equipment. The presentations are realized as models of evolutionary development of describing the dynamics of functioning, structural synthesis of design solutions and assessment of the system effects of cooperation of equipment as part of regional marine complexes. INTRODUCTION Shipbuilding technology is created and exploited by specialists of different profiles - shipbuilders, mechanical engineers, instrument ma
