Abstract
There was introduced a general scheme and the criterion for selecting important elements of a technical system and selected measures of importance of technical systems components. On an example of a fuel installation of a power plant engine room there was introduced the applying of flowing factor streams matrix to the estimation of the importance of the element in the system.
