T. ~ s i e h ' , Y. hen', D. pepper2, L. sun2 & S. ~ e i ~ I Nevada Center for Advanced Computational Methods (NCACW Department of Mechanical Engineering 3~epartment of Electronic Engineering University of Nevada, USA Abstract A four-tier system that integrates data collection, repository, analysis and presentation modules is proposed by the Nevada Center for Advanced Computational Methods (NCACM) for the Department of Air Quality Management (DAQM) at Clark County, Nevada. The implemented web-based environmental data acquisition system was designed to collect air quality data, such as monoxide (CO), ozone (03) and particulate matters (PMlO), around Las Vegas valley.
