Abstract
The aim of the presented experimental examinations was to determine mechanical properties of pads made of plastic material which are used for machine foundation. Paper presents the method and experimental stand that allows to identify the spring-damping parameters of pads in the forced vibrations conditions. Pad is modelled using Voigt model. Paper presents results of identification of parameters of pads made of epoxy material. 1 Introduction Pads made of plastic material gain popularity in machine foundation and substitute traditional methods of levelling as for example engines and ship equipment. Stiffness and damping of pads made of plastic material influence significantly dynamic behaviour of machine.
