Abstract
A symbolic solver based software for wind field evaluation in complex coastal areas G. Latini, G. Passerini, S. Tascini Department of Energetics, University ofAncond, Italy Abstract An explicit rule based solving engine seems able to estimate any parameter with some advantages regarding evaluation time and solution accuracy. The usual approach requires, for the evaluation of a single scenario, the inversion of the matrix of related coefficient while the solver rule procedure allows easy adjustments of the evaluation engine. In the former approach, a rapid atmospheric state modification could require an entire re-formulation of the governing equation. This is more evident if related to special scenarios such as valley or coast/valley environments. In this work the problem of a finite volume formulation of the wind field equations is addressed to relate approximations of governing equations to low atmosphere coastal environments. The approach seems to have interesting
